T.W.A.B is going healthy-ish (or healthier).

I have never really had bad eating habits and I am able to control my portions except for those sometimes monthly hormone inducing binge fest. One of my goals this year is to try to live a healthier lifestyle - I am not giving up any of the foods I like or staring off carbs , more of interjecting healthy recipes into my weekly meal plan. This is one of those healthy-ish recipes I have been incorporating into my weekly meal plan as breakfast or snacks (sometimes). Really simple and requires just three ingredients.

I like to sprinkle dried fruit, granola or flax seed over top of my smoothie. I am on the hunt for healthy-ish recipes so if you have got any favorite - be sure to link it up in the comments.


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

How to 

Combines all ingredients in a blender (or smoothie maker) and blend till you have desired consistency. Serve and sprinckle with your favorite toppings
